Signed by David Bowie at the Lygon Arms Hotel, Broadway on the 20th July 1997.
Bowie appeared at the Phoenix Festival in Long Marston, Staffordshire on the same date.
It was signed for a member of staff at the Lygon Arms.
The sleeve is mint, the LP has been played but looks in very good condition.
This was RCA's final LP and was issued without Bowie's consent or knowledge.
