This violin was made ca. 1900. The case is still made of wood, not often seen anymore. The back of the violin is equipped with a nice firebrand. This has the initials WO or OW with a crown above it.
A label is visible on the inside of the violin with the text:
" Nicolaus Amatus Fecit in Cremona 1680 " (the same logo as on the back of the violin is next to this text)
Both the case and violin have signs of use. Please take a very good look at the photos. The many photos are an integral part of the description.
In good condition. The violin will be supplied without a bow.
Length of violin: approx. 58 cm
Will be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail.
