Description
Mariano Moro - Murano - Bouteille, Vase, (33 cm) - sommerso battuto black 1/1
Italie - 1980-1989 - Verre

- Exclusive vase/sculpture, large onion-shape decanter with spherical stopper, entirely handmade in the glassworks on the island of Murano, by the master glassmaker artist Mariano Moro in 1987, using the following techniques for solid glass, 'incalmo sommerso', 'bullicante' and 'battuto', in black and transparent Murano glass.

Each element was entirely handmade by the master glassworker and then fused together at temperatures reaching 1,200-1,300 degrees centigrade.

Very intricate and complex engraving workmanship. The "Battuto" technique (engraving) is carried out entirely by hand by the master grinder, an artist who engraves cold glass using special diamond wheels and running water.

- Piece signed with diamond tip by master glassworker Mariano Moro.

- With certificate of guarantee and authenticity, and biography of the artist.

- 33 x 23 x 23, 10.8 kg

- Professional and secure packaging in box, insured and tracked shipping.
