This vintage wall clock by the Diehl Electro brand was made in Germany.
This wall clock is made of wood, copper and glass. It truly is vintage item, dates from circa the 1960s–1970s and it was never used.
The wall clock has a copper outer frame, a wooden frame and a metal dial varnished in white.
The copper shows small traces of corrosion, particularly on the back, see the photos.
The glass flap at the front can be opened. The glass has a nice round convex shape.
The numbers 12 and 6 on the dial have a beautiful typography, the other time markers are stylised stripes. The hands are also made of copper, which is a beautiful combination with the outer frame and the edge of the glass flap.
Due to the transparent casing (back) you can see the clock in full operation, really great to see it come to life as soon as you insert the battery (C battery 1.5 V, battery - not included). The wall clock was tested and functions well.
