Denis Santachiara is one of the protagonists of Italian design. Since the 1980s, he has been working between art and design, focusing on industrial technologies and innovative processing to achieve new aesthetic values in functional and poetic products. His works have been exhibited in the most prestigious institutions, such as the Centre Pompidou, the Louvre and the Grand Palais in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo, the Chicago Atheneum, the Vitra Museum and the MoMA in New York, to name but a few. For his creations in product and interior design, he has received, among others, the Compasso d’Oro, the Good Design and the Design World awards.
