Giancarlo Mattioli - Artemide - Lampe (1) - Nessino

Description
Giancarlo Mattioli - Artemide - Lampe (1) - Nessino
Italie - Des années 1990 aux années 2000 - Polycarbonate

Nessino is a statement piece which is truly one of the Italian Design masterpieces. This iconic table lamp was a creation of Giancarlo Mattioli and his group of city planners architects "Città Nuova."

This magnificent designer lamp is on display in many museums around the world, including the MoMA of New York.

The lamp has always been manufactured by Artemide since 1967. Artemide's motto is "The Human Light", and their lighting devices seem alive just like human beings. They also have human names, such as Tizio by Sapper, Tolomeo by De Lucchi or our Nessino by Mattioli.

The Artemide brand engraved on the underside of the base guarantees the lamp's authenticity. It is not a sticker, which is also present in some Nessino models, but a real engraving! The four E14 light bulbs under the beautiful mushroom diffuser on top produce warm and relaxing reflections thanks to the transparency of the polycarbonate.

By shedding indirect light upwards and direct light downwards, Nessino is the perfect lamp.
