Rare 1950s floor lamp by H. Busquet for Hala Zeist (the Netherlands).
Metal tripod base, metal standard and a lightweight metal hood with an attractive punched star pattern.
The direction of the hood can be aimed thanks to a connection at the end of the standard.
Hala lamps with these insectlike foot are also known as the 'large Pinokkio', due to its ugly-shaped foot of the table version, but this version even has a nearly equal hood.
The asymmetrical position of the minimal metal pole is a typical 1950s hallmark.
Good and perfectly working condition (wiring and electrical parts have been checked), with normal signs of wear, some small signs of damage on the hood (see pictures) and the ring between the hinge and the hood that has probably been replaced, but this is not disturbing.
Only to be picked up in Bruinisse, as it is not going to be shipped.
Transport to be arranged by yourself if necessary.
