Decorative panel or picture, a work of art made with the technique of carving on small and thin sheets of ivory with the costume details in mother-of-pearl inlays. The exterior frame and the interior background are made of deep black lacquered wood, perfectly preserved. Separating these two parts is a very fine braided wood in a dark burgundy colour. This piece is perfect for placing in any part of the prominent house, a decoration with an Asian touch and great refinement.
In the central part there are two female characters dressed in typical costumes of the Japanese Meiji Era (23 October 1868 - 30 July 1912). During this period, the country began its modernisation and westernisation, establishing itself as a world power. The name means 'Era of cult of the rules'.
