Excellent Taza meteorite. Known also by the official name of NWA 859 this meteorite was classified as a plessitic octahedrite iron, ungrouped. It has become rarer and rarer in the market as the total amount of kilos found was low.
The plessitic pattern can be seen in this endcut with etched interior and exterior with natural patina.
Weight is 21,1 grams.
Certificate of authenticity included. IMCA 5591.
Packages are usually sent the morning after the auction. Shipping is combined in all my listings - if you win multiple items, only one shipping cost is paid.
