(*) Joaquim Falcó (born 1958) is a Barcelona painter with an international projection. Disciple of Estanislau Vilajosana, he has held exhibitions in cities such as Paris, New York, Madrid and Osaka. His work has been identified with pop art, although his technique is very different, as it is more dynamic made with splashes and drips. There is also a more expressionist aspect in Joaquim Falcó's paintings where prominence is stained and watery paint.
