Bon état - 1822 - Canon est lisse - Pas désactivé

French Military Model 1822 Percussion Service Pistol made at the St. Etienne Arsenal. The gun is completely original (including the ramrod) and is in excellent mechanical working order, though all steel parts have some evidence of oxidation and pitting. This can be improved on as this gun has received only a minimal level of cleaning. It has a total length of 35 cm, a 20 cm Octagonal to round bright barrel with front and rear sights and a diameter at the muzzle of 17.2 mm. Regulation brass and iron furniture. The lock is engraved with: Mre Imp ale de St Etienne, and an inspector's stamp (R) above. Such stamps and marks can be found inside the lock and various places around the metalwork. The oiled walnut stock is in reasonable condition, with some dents, scratches and small cracks associated with age. In all, a nice solid gun.

Unfortunately, owing to difficulty posting firearms internationally we cannot offer this service to overseas buyers, but will be happy to pack, label and hand over to a carrier of your choice free of charge.
