Inside mirror is intact with no breaks or cracks. Both the lid and interior lid snap open and shut securely.
During the Victorian period and the early 20th century, hand worked petit point became a specialty in France, Austria, and Hungary. The term "micro" represents the smallest and finest stitches, as in this piece.
