Boxwood and ivory geisha with mother-of-pearl and gilt metal details while performing the traditional fan dance. The details of the kimono are finely engraved with floral motifs and mother-of-pearl and phoenix flowers carved in bas-relief on the cushion of the kimono, bronze chrysanthemum on the obi.
