Original woodblock print, Published by Doi Eiichi - Tsuchiya Koitsu (1870-1949) - "Kyūshū Hakozaki no Hachimangū" 九州箱崎の八幡宮 (Hakozaki Hachiman Shrine, Kyushu) - Japan - circa 1948 (early edition)
This Koitsu print was published by Doi. It is stamped with the seals of Harada (carver) and Yokoi (printer) and is notable for its very fine impression, colour and state. All indications are that Doi specially produced this included in a one-off presentation set and that it was printed circa 1948, making it most likely a lifetime edition. A scarce design from this early edition in this fine state of preservation.
