Franco Raggi - Fontana Arte - Lampe - Flûte

The Flûte hanging lamp was designed by Franco Raggi. The clear borosilicate glass lampshade, which surrounds the aluminium reflector, creates a downward light.

Franco Raggi and Fontana Arte received an ADI Design Index award for the Flûte series in 2001.
The lamp owes its name, how could it be otherwise, to its shape. With his conical, clear, lampshade it's reminiscent of a champagne glass. The fact that it is clear is also what makes the lamp special; it allows you to see what is going on on the inside.

The lamp is in a beautiful, undamaged condition, shows only very small traces of wear.
