Beautiful knife from the Franklin Mint "collectable knives collection".
At the time, it was issued in a limited edition and quite costly.
This hunting-dagger is called "Bald Eagle"knife and has as pommel a beautiful polystone and hand-painted American Eagle. In addition, a wooden handle with a steel ‘catcher’ and a beautiful stainless steel blade. The knife itself weighs about 600 grams and measures 35 cm. Created by artist Ray Beers, commissioned by Franklin Mint. Marked RB. Originally, the blade was gilded but that has faded over the years. The object is in a slightly used condition with just a few superficial signs of wear. Undoubtedly it will be an eye-catcher on any wall. An invitation to fun conversations and imaginative thoughts...
Please have a good look at the photos. These clearly show the condition of this object. Only suitable as a decoration.
