These 15th-century manuscript leaves are from a Latin prayer book that was written in France. The text is written with brown and partly red ink, while the initials are marked with red and blue ink and some initials are gilt-heightened, the initials are decorated with fine penwork with trails. All text on these leaves is written by hand.
