Description:
Two Brutalist brass candlesticks made by Gallo from Germany in the 1970s. Both candlesticks have seen a cross-shaped foot from above, in which the large candlestick has a crescent shape pattern and the small candlestick has a wave pattern. The small candlestick is still marked on the bottom of the candle holder with the sticker of Gallo (see photos). There is little information known about the company "Gallo". They mainly produced brass objects, including this type of candlestick with a cross-shaped base. However, there are also ceramic candlesticks of Gallo with bright retro colours marked with the sticker on which there is a rooster and it says "Gallo" Both brass candlesticks from this lot are from Germany.
