Watch presents a nice and even overall wear and patina, perfectly consistent with age, working 100% !
MOVEMENT - recently and professionally serviced (lubrication and adjustment), running fine and marked Omega, caliber 30T2 15 jewels (see pictures), manual wind mechanical, SWISS. Machine is very clean, has no oxidation and no flaws. The ticking and balance movement seems very strong and the accuracy is excellent for a piece of this vintage. Seems oiled and never to have been disassembled - has no tools marks on it. I've checked the accuracy of the watch and the difference in 24 hours is excellent, I would say between 15-20 seconds (laying flat and facing up - 1 position) consistent, and of course can easily be adjusted.
DIAL - unrestored in a nice vintage condition. Has no obvious scratches, no cracks, no deformations, no pitting, no flaws - however some numerals and traces show partial wear from time and some seem to have been slightly retouched, all acceptable in my opinion. No important oxidation and mild and even yellowing from time. No fading to the central omega LOGO (see pictures).
HANDS - hands are original and have no flaws, no bends and no obvious deformations. Still nice with minor micro spots of oxidation, more obvious on the seconds hand, no scratches. Note the luminous (radium) material is probably missing inside the hands.
CASE - the case is stainless steel and polished/brushed. It has been professionally slightly restored. Now very good with some little marks remaining like tiny nicks and light scratches, very softened and again perfectly acceptable and consistent with watch wear and age. No scuffs or cracks. Case has no deformations, all the edges are nice and crisp. No damaged corners. Lugs have an exact 18mm opening and are not bent by accidental deformation in any direction.
WINDING CROWN - good with obvious micro pitting to the front chrome face, no dents, scratches or scuffs. No visible wear, edges very crisp. Setting the hour perfectly and smoothly.
BACK COVER - similar to the main case. No deformations. No marks from opening tools. No dents, nicks, dings or scuffs. No oxidations. Screws easily and locks firmly.
CRYSTAL - acrylic and polished - no obvious scratches, probably is aftermarket. No cracks.
BAND - new, very nice. Very soft touch and flexible. NO wear and no flaws.
All perfectly clean !
