This piece bears the unusual and rare 1930s Disney marking:
"By Permission Walt Disney-Mickey Mouse, LTD."
Clear pencil instructions 'To Printer' are marked to the bottom right of the page, indicating that this painting was certainly used in an early Disney publication.
The painting is elegantly framed behind conservation grade glass which filters 99% of harmful UV rays from affecting the artwork. The frame measures 395mm x 490mm
