The main idea, simple yet revolutionary, consisted of merging the ancient artisan knowledge of the expert ceramists from Montelupo Fiorentino with the new aesthetic quality of the renowned architect, Ettore Sottsass. Design and uniqueness become one in this item, which is very different from the low-quality mass-produced items that were starting to invade the market.
