A wonderful mouthblown footed bowl in new condition, hand painted with a floral motif. The most striking feature of this bowl is the foot, which contains a remarkable and gorgeous gold-coloured spiral. Signed on the foot 'Vera Walther'. It is without cracks, chips or scratches, in perfect new condition. Walther Glass is a small company that started in 1865 with the production of glass products in Ottendorf-Okrilla, Saxony, Germany. The original name was ‘Walther-Glas’. The company remained under the control of the same family until 2011, and the name ‘Walther-Glas’ was retired and the company continued as ‘Walther Glass Germany’. It will be properly packaged and shipped with registration.
