Set of 6 Christofle America model tea or coffee spoons from the famous Hotel George, V, Paris.
Created in 1933 by designer Luc Lanel, the AMERICA model reflects design elements of the Art Deco period with precise edges, flat molding and animated angles.
6 teaspoons - 13.5 cm
The teaspoons are marked Christofle, the "knight" chess figure between two letters "O" and "C" (orfevrerie Christofle) used between 1935 - 1983 and the balance in an oval mark set in a square box.
On the back of the handles bears the mark of the Hotel George V Paris.
Hotel George V is a luxury hotel on avenue George V in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. It was built in 1928 and still remains one of the finest hotels in the world.
The teaspoons are in good vintage condition.
