Behind the glass are two spots visible, these appears to be between the etching and the glass.
You can also see the glare of the lamps from time to time, which are only visible in the photo, and not in the etching itself!

Hendrikus Elias Roodenburg was a Dutch artist.
Roodenburg was a painter and etcher. He learned the trade of graphic designer from Philippe Zilcken. Roodenburg was best known for his cityscapes of, among others, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht. In the 1960s customers of Nutroma could save up for a coffee and breakfast tableware set from Villeroy & Boch On the tableware Roodenburg’s black and white images of Amsterdam cityscapes were depicted.
