A three-piece ceramic ensemble - undoubtedly a museum piece - signed by Fischer J., Budapest. 1867–1895
The holes in a large part of the vase suggest that there was a clock placed in it.
The side mirror flower vases.
In a good condition for its age. With decolouration on one of the flower vases, as if the ceramic was applied from scratch, not repaired, without defects. (photo)
Magnificent décor under the glaze. Hand-painted - with butterflies, dragonfly, flowers, leaves and Hungarian motifs. The gilded brass fittings on all parts, fixed outside in, with cardboard pads.
The all three pieces have holes on the bottom, probably to mount the bases.
Gold applied to the glaze, also manually.
The vase: Diameter: 33 cm x 23 cm
The flower vases: diameter: 27.5 x 12.5 cm
