Lampas is a precious patterned fabric whose name comes from the French ‘lampasse’
Forerunner of brocade, with features similar to damask fabric, the lampas was very popular since the Renaissance and reached its greatest success during the Baroque period, when it shows a pattern in relief.
This fabric, manufactured by the famous silk factory of San Leucio with the finest yarns (100% cotton), is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship that can transform any environment.
Colours give different reflections and change depending on the light.
