D N IOVIANVS PEP AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
SECVRITAS REI PVBLICAE, Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow and holding sceptre in left hand, enthroned facing, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT V MVL X; ANTB in exergue.
