Valuable ‘Arlecchino ebbro con la brocca’, collection “Attori della Commedia dell’Arte”, manufactured by the renowned Meissen porcelain factory.
Large-sized, with pure gold in its polychromy.
Garnet and brown-gold-coloured jacket, cream-coloured belt, brown-garnet-gold shoes, green hat with blue feather, blue pink and red yellow flowers. The base is very elaborate and has gold inserts.
A Kaendler design (1706 Dresden - 1775 Meißen) from 1764.
This edition excels for the precision of chromaticism, carried out with absolute respect for the classical craftsmanship of the famous Meissen company, which continues to work with eighteenth-century materials and techniques.

On the bottom the Meissen trademark/logo in the 20th century version (probably 1934).
Engraved: mod 64551 forma 129A.

Item’s condition:
- An excellent restoration was carried out, consisting in reattaching the hand holding the pitcher (ORIGINAL fragment).
- Two very small shortcomings on the edge of the pitcher ad in the hilt of the dagger.
