An Old Bronze monastery bell that once hung on the gateway to a vineyard or farm in southern France. The bell is beautifully crafted with images of grape vines and bunches of grapes. A mother with child, and it still has a beautiful clear ring.
If you like old and somewhat weathered objects that are still in great condition then this item is definitely something for you. The monastery bell has been completely cleaned and polished. But with the passing of time, the patina will recover and it will once more be a brilliant specimen.

This Monastery bell is from the period 1880/1910; During this period the fixtures had an extra little crown on the top.
