Very neat flaking and god condition, nice prework, so called flint Barre.
These were also sold and exported around, as raw material. Evidence from finding they could also have been used as trading value, early money!
Notice this is a prework for a broadbladed daggertime axe, this is not common, probably because these axes were fast to make, why stop as a perfect flintbarre.
