Original woodcut by German artist Thomas Ring (1892-1983). Hand-signed in pencil, monogrammed and dated in the plate (1921); published in 1977.
A rare, limited edition of the collection of post-war and contemporary art, “La Lune en Rodage” was published in three volumes in 1960, 1965 and 1977 containing approximately 180 art works that provide an account of the artistic avant-garde scene between the 1950’s and 1970’s. The art works were selected by Carl Laszlo and included the greatest artists of the time.
Condition: Excellent, commensurate with its age; has never been framed.
