From an inheritance of a Chinese married couple. Brought from Japan 75 years ago. The embroidery was framed behind glass, but the glass has been removed and the frame is no longer in good condition. The cloth has to be restretched or repaired. The cloth is very delicately embroidered and shows some tears at various locations, conform the photos. The Chinese texts are of the maker (horizontal) and the area (vertical).
If you opt to come and pick up the lot you will also receive the frame. The measurements of the frame are 140 by 125 cm and it weighs 9 kg. If shipment is your preference you will only receive the embroidery rolled up in a tubular case of 120 cm.
