Naval dresser from the early 1900, made of solid teak with brass mouldings.
The dresser was used as a travel chest; noble families would have it loaded directly into the ships before embarking on long journeys.
It was usually used for routes to the American continent.
It is divided in half, so that it could be loaded into ships and recomposed into travellers' cabins.
In excellent condition, the locks were replaced because broken.
They were pieces of furniture of a hotel, there are three pieces that I will put in separate auctions.
Shipping only to countries and places covered by regular DHL service, please email me prior to bidding so as to receive confirmation of shipping costs.
