A lovely antique Chinese porcelain "klapmuts" bowl with a central decoration of panels with valuables including a vase with the ‘Ying Yang’ symbol in a strong underglaze blue. In the serrated border a classical decoration of lotus on the outside and geometrical patterns (swatika) on the inside. On the bottom a pierced rock with peony. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (ca. 1690). On the underside marked with an artemisia leaf in double circle. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Diameter: 12,8 centimeter.
Condition: The object is in very good condition, mouse-bites on the rim and baking flaw on the foot, without any hairlines or restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
