A beautiful Anglo Indian box made of various materials, with the Sadeli or Khatamkari technique.
Box has a mosaic of small triangles. Triangles made of various materials (see photo 3): tin, bone, coloured bone, wood and ebony. Together, these triangles form a beautiful geometrical mosaic.
Box rests on four spherical brass feet.
Key is present and lock functions perfectly.
In very good condition, a corner of the veneer is missing (see last photo).
