Complete Aubusson tapestry, France, hand woven, sized 159 x 57 cm, in beautiful shiny wool with thin spinning.
Bright and intense colours, surrounded by a frame in cherry red and golden volutes, at the centre are beautiful roses and buds typical of the Aubussson manufacturing.
Lined on back with vintage linen and cotton fabric to which rings are sewn to hang the tapestry.
State of preservation: good in consideration of age, there are small spots and signs of ageing that convey all the uniqueness of the object without altering its beauty.
